Our mission at Proactive Physical Health is to improve the wellbeing of our clients. Our first aim is always prevention—to reduce the risk of injury through education, training and proactive ergonomic assessments.

However, if and when injuries do occur, we work to resolve symptoms quickly as well as treating the underlying cause. At Proactive Physical Health we achieve this with our experienced Chartered Physiotherapists who have undergone extensive postgraduate training.

Our experts

Our highly trained State Registered and Chartered Physiotherapists have a wide range of experience and expertise in conditions ranging from sports injuries to occupational health disorders.

When you attend the clinic we discuss your problem and devise a treatment plan with you. We clearly explain what your injury is, how it is best treated, and how long it will take to get better. Our Physio's keep up to date with current research; evidence based treatment techniques and use the most modern equipment to ensure a rapid recovery wherever possible.

We also have vast experience of providing a range of independent occupational health services to businesses of all types, both large and small.

We care

As a client of Proactive Physical Health you are our priority. You get one to one attention. We provide a wide range of high quality bespoke services to suit your needs whether you are an individual requiring treatment, or a company requiring occupational health services.

A modern approach

Our purpose designed, modern clinic offers comfortable, relaxing surroundings with up-to-date treatment facilities that are second to none. We use the latest clinic management software that allows us send appointment reminders via email or text message directly to you.

Due to our investment in the latest online exercise software, our clients can receive an email allowing them access to their own personal webpage showing pictures and video clips of the exercise program specifically designed for them by their physiotherapist. This not only insures that all exercises are performed correctly (thereby aiding recovery), but with the database of exercises constantly being updated, patients' rehabilitation should also remain fun and innovative.
